ABOUT COY
Coy Bowles, a guitarist and organist for the Zac Brown Band, takes the same approach to writing children’s books as he does to penning lyrics for the three-time Grammy Award winning country group. A reflection of life experience, particularly now that he's a father to a baby girl.
Coy also has his own band, Coy Bowles and The
Fellowship;with a sound that fuses the roots of blues
with the spontaneity of jazz, with twinges of gospel, country, and rock. In 2006, Coy Bowles and The Fellowship released their first album. They have gone on to release two additional albums and continue to play in the Atlanta area when Coy is not on the road with the Zac Brown Band.
